Examples of qualifying activities

Examples of qualifying activities include, but may not be limited to:

  • routine updates to the regional public transport plan or other public transport planning documents, including:
    • updating the specification of units and integral public transport services
    • updating asset and infrastructure information
    • updating statistical records and forecasts
  • preparation and production of reports, including user satisfaction surveys to inform the government or the public
  • marketing and promotional activities including ongoing travel demand management and behaviour change activities
  • operation of call centres.
