It should arrive in the post within 7 working days. If you’ve renewed online and your licence label hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, order a replacement online. Your insurer should be your first point of contact if your vehicle is damaged. Alternatively, you can complete a Request for compensation for vehicle damage form if you'd like Waka Kotahi and the relevant road contractor to investigate directly. |
