This specification, HM13 Depressions, replaces specification TNZ C5 Repair of surface openings and minor surface levelling. However, if TNZ C5 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it. Alternatively you could use MR09 Pre-surfacing repairs if you plan to include all of the following specifications in a single surfacing contract: C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8.
