This specification and guidence notes set out the requirements for repair of edge break in flexible pavements. This specification will be withdrawn in 2011 as it has been replaced by HM14 Edgebreak. However, if TNZ C7 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it. Alternatively you could use MR09 Pre-surfacing repairs if you plan to include all of the following specifications in a single surfacing contract: C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8.
