This specification and guidance notes set out the requirements for crack sealing, repair of scabbing, stripping and bleeding, and the second coat sealing of pavement repairs. This specification will be withdrawn in 2011 as it has been replaced by HM11 Surfacings. However, if TNZ C6 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it. Alternatively you could use MR09 Pre-surfacing repairs if you plan to include all of the following specifications in a single surfacing contract: C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8.
