Toll accounts make paying your tolls easy. They cover all toll roads and as many different vehicles as you like. Toll account credit remains in an account until it’s used for toll payments.

We have 3 options for you to choose from.

Automatic top ups – Set & Go

With Set & Go you choose a top-up amount and a minimum account balance amount. When your balance gets below your chosen minimum amount, your account tops up automatically with your top-up amount.

Your minimum amount must be at least $5.

If your top-up amount isn’t enough to reach your minimum, another top-up will be triggered the next hour. This repeats until your account balance reaches your minimum.

Payment options

Debit or credit card

If you choose the debit or credit card option when you create your account, you’ll be directed to a secure site to enter your card details. This will be the card used to pay your tolls.

Direct debit

If you choose the direct debit option when you create your account, you’ll need to complete a direct debit authority form.

Send this to us at:

or post to:

NZ Transport Agency - Tolling

Make sure you write your username on the top right-hand side of the form, so we know what account it’s for.

Your nominated vehicles' tolls wont be charged to the account until we've loaded the direct debit.

You can top up your Remind Me account using the POLi payments service, if you have internet banking. POLi (pay online) allows you to pay directly from your bank account, through your internet banking. You’ll need to have internet banking registered with your bank and you’ll need your internet banking details.

POLi isn't available for business internet banking customers.
