You can log into your account from our website. You’ll need your username and PIN to login.
There are 2 types of user names. Usernames starting with 15 are for main accounts and usernames starting with 25 are sub accounts.
If you have an account with multiple users, make sure you log in using your 15 account username. This'll allow you see all your 25 accounts.

Your username is an 8-digit number starting with 15. If you don’t have this information anymore, you can get it resent to you.

Your PIN is a 4-digit alphanumeric PIN.
If you have your username but not your PIN, go to the login page and click Forgot PIN?
Enter your Username and a new PIN will be emailed to you.

You can’t change the username on accounts starting with 25. These are toll account IDs for sub-accounts within your main 15 account.
To add a plate
To remove a plate:
Note: the date filters are set to the dates the statement was created. For example, the statement for September was created on 1 October so this is your search date.
All tolls charged to your account show on your monthly statement or invoice. These are created at the end of each month.
If you want to see tolls for all vehicles on your account before a statement is created:
There are 2 options of activity to see:
Payments and charges – this shows all payments and charges on an account within a time frame. This doesn't break down the individual trips. For example, if a vehicle travels on a Tauranga Eastern Link twice on 1 March 2019 it will show the total tolls charged.
Travel – this shows travel dates and times of all vehicles on your account within the time frame you select. You can filter this search by a specific registration plate if needed.
Once you’ve done your search, you can download the details in CSV format.
If you buy or sell a vehicle, you need to update your registration plate details on your toll account immediately. They don't update automatically.
