You can manage your toll road account online, including:

  • update your contact details
  • add, delete or change your registration plates
  • change your top up amount and manually top up your account
  • view statements and invoices.

You can log into your account from our website. You’ll need your username and PIN to login.

There are 2 types of user names. Usernames starting with 15 are for main accounts and usernames starting with 25 are sub accounts.

If you have an account with multiple users, make sure you log in using your 15 account username. This'll allow you see all your 25 accounts.

Forgot username or PIN on your 15 account

Your username is an 8-digit number starting with 15. If you don’t have this information anymore, you can get it resent to you.

Resend my username(external link)

Your PIN is a 4-digit alphanumeric PIN.

If you have your username but not your PIN, go to the login page and click Forgot PIN? 

Enter your Username and a new PIN will be emailed to you.

Change your username or PIN on your 15 account

  1. Log in to your account(external link)
  2. Click Manage login in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Username

  1. Click Change account holder username.
  2. Enter your new username. It must be a single word with no symbols but can include numbers.
  3. Click Change my username.

PIN

  1. Click Reset account holder PIN.
  2. Click Reset your PIN.
  3. Complete the next page.

Change PIN on a 25 toll account

  1. Log in to your account(external link)
  2. Click Manage login in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Click Reset toll account PIN.
  4. Click Reset your PIN.
  5. Complete the next page.

Usernames starting with 25

You can’t change the username on accounts starting with 25. These are toll account IDs for sub-accounts within your main 15 account.

Adding or removing a vehicle

  1. Log in to your account(external link)
  2. If applicable, choose the relevant toll account ID starting with 25.
  3. Scroll down to Registered plates.
  4. Click View/Add or manage plates (in blue).

    To add a plate

    1. Enter registration plate in the Add plate field.
    2. If the vehicle has travelled on the toll roads in the last 5 days, click Select start date to assign trips to the plate.
    3. Click Add plate (green button).

    To remove a plate:

    1. Click the X in the Delete column next to the relevant registration plate.

    Download an invoice or statement

    1. Log in to your account(external link) 
    2. If applicable, choose the relevant toll account ID starting with 25.
    3. Click Statements, or for a Bill Me account Invoices, from the main menu.
    4. The last 6 months of statements will show. For a statement before this click Search to change the dates.
    5. View the statement by clicking View. You can email yourself several statements by choosing the tick boxes on the left-hand side of the statements you want.

    Note: the date filters are set to the dates the statement was created. For example, the statement for September was created on 1 October so this is your search date.

    See trips charged to your account

    All tolls charged to your account show on your monthly statement or invoice. These are created at the end of each month.

    If you want to see tolls for all vehicles on your account before a statement is created:

    1. Log in to your account. 
    2. Choose the relevant toll account ID starting with 25.
    3. Click Account activity from the main menu.

    There are 2 options of activity to see:

    Payments and charges – this shows all payments and charges on an account within a time frame. This doesn't break down the individual trips. For example, if a vehicle travels on a Tauranga Eastern Link twice on 1 March 2019 it will show the total tolls charged.

    Travel – this shows travel dates and times of all vehicles on your account within the time frame you select. You can filter this search by a specific registration plate if needed.

    Once you’ve done your search, you can download the details in CSV format.

    Buying or selling a vehicle

    If you buy or sell a vehicle, you need to update your registration plate details on your toll account immediately. They don't update automatically.
