Each year we undertake an annual survey of key partners and stakeholders to:
Verian (formerly Kantar Public) undertook the 2024 survey on our behalf in June-July.
The results showed that partner and stakeholder engagement with NZTA had reached its highest level in 5 years, since the survey began. 60% of our partners and stakeholders who responded to the survey were satisfied with their relationship with NZTA; dissatisfaction levels had fallen to a low of 17%.
Feedback showed that partners and stakeholders willing to advocate for NZTA were at an all-time high.
While agreement that we are prioritising the needs of our partners and stakeholders has steadily increased over the past four years, this still needs focus. To further improve levels of satisfaction, NZTA must work to better prioritise the needs of our partner and stakeholder organisations, learn from our experiences, and solve problems and issues quicker.
