Kantar Public undertook the 2023 survey on our behalf.
The results showed that overall 53 percent of partners and stakeholders were satisfied with their engagement. The result is in line with recent years and slightly below the Statement of Performance Expectations target of 54 percent.
Partners and stakeholders continue to believe our staff are knowledgeable, professional and show an interest in the work of others. They are now more likely to describe us as collaborative, customer focused, inclusive, relevant and outward facing compared to 2019. Stakeholder feedback also indicated we could better prioritise the needs of partner and stakeholder organisations in our work and improve internal systems and processes.
