Colmar Brunton partner survey results 2020

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency has published the findings of a survey of our key partners and stakeholders. Waka Kotahi commissioned Colmar Brunton to survey our partners in June 2020 to understand how they perceive us across a number of areas. Waka Kotahi received the results in August 2020.

The specific objectives of this research were to:

• Understand how our partners perceive current engagement with Waka Kotahi
• Identify potential improvements from the perspective of our partners
• Establish baselines to assess how Waka Kotahi is perceived on a number of measures included in the Waka Kotahi Position Statement for 2019/20.

Waka Kotahi is pleased to have recorded some positive gains in the 2020 survey results. We are committed to building on this progress by continuing to listen, learn and improve so our partners have increased trust and confidence in Waka Kotahi.
