Traffic notices provide a brief overview of upcoming temporary night closures and road layout changes.

All closures are subject to change depending on weather and ground conditions. Full and/or partial (single lane) road closures have been scheduled as follows:
SH1 Southern Motorway - southbound
- Sunday 24 November: All southbound motorway lanes will be closed between Papakura Interchange and Drury Interchange from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A southbound detour will be in place between the two interchanges.
- Monday 25 November: All southbound motorway lanes will be closed between Takanini Interchange and Papakura Interchange from 9:30pm at night to 5:30am* the following morning. A southbound detour will be in place between the two interchanges.
- Tuesday 26 November: If required for contingency purposes, all southbound motorway lanes will be closed between Takanini Interchange and Papakura Interchange from 9:30pm at night to 5:30am* the following morning. A southbound detour will be in place between the two interchanges.
*extended closure by special permission.
SH1 Southern Motorway - northbound
- Wednesday 27 November: All northbound motorway lanes will be closed between Ramarama Interchange and Drury Interchange from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A northbound detour will be in place between the two interchanges along Ararimu Road and Great South Road.
Beach Road, Papakura
- Tuesday 26 November - Thursday 28 November: All westbound lanes will be closed between Chichester Drive and the motorway over-bridge from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A detour towards Karaka via Beach Road, Great South Road to Drury and SH1 northbound (to exit at Papakura northbound off-ramp) will be in place.
Motorists are advised to take extra care and follow the posted detour route/s.
