This specification guidance notes sets out the requirements and standards of work to maintain the maintenance aggregate of an unsealed road carriageway including running surface, shoulders, feather edges and surface water channels. This specification will be withdrawn in 2011 as it has been replaced by HM23 Unsealed pavements. However, if TNZ C12 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it.
