The Speed management guide: Road to Zero edition (the Guide) provides guidance to road controlling authorities on how to establish, consult on and set safe and appropriate speed limits under the Rule.
The Guide includes a set of appendices to address elements of speed management which need further technical explanation (and is not already available in another location). This includes a table to support the identification of safe and appropriate speed limits, and a certification template for speed management plans.
We welcome feedback on any element of the Guide.
