This specification and guidance notes sets out the requirements for the repair of potholes in bituminous surfaced roads and bridge decks. This specification will be withdrawn in 2011 as it has been replaced by HM19 Potholes , for potholes on the state highway. However, if TNZ C3 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it.
