Random selection of test sites within a lot (T29)

The T29 laboratory test method provides an independent means for the random identification and selection of test sites within a construction or pavement Lot. It is intended to remove any bias arising from test site selection.

The areas covered by the method include:

  • a process for randomly generating test site locations
  • a spreadsheet-based tool to automate site location
  • reporting requirements.

T29 is a new specification.
