SSMP 002 – Leinster Avenue to the south side of the Wharemauku Bridge

This SSMP covers the area of the Expressway from Leinster Avenue to the south side of the Wharemauku Bridge. It includes a pedestrian/cycle overbridge at Leinster Ave, the Expressway bridge at Raumati Road and a CWB bridge over the Wharemauku Stream. This does not include the Wharemauku Expressway Bridge and associated works which are in the SSMP 3 (area to the north).

SSMP 003 - Wharemauku Stream to the Kāpiti Road

This SSMP covers the area of the Expressway from the southern side of the Wharemauku Stream to the Kāpiti Road interchange including the on/off ramps (800m north of Kāpiti Road).

SSMP 004 - Kāpiti Road to Mazengarb Road Bridge

This SSMP covers the area of the Expressway from north of the Kāpiti Road interchange to the Mazengarb Road Bridge. Makarini footbridge location and detail is not included at this stage; consultation and design to be included at a later stage.

SSMP 005 + 006 - Otaihanga North and South

This SSMP covers the area of the Expressway from north of the Mazengarb Road crossing to the south side of the Waikanae River Bridge. It includes the expressway overpass bridge at Otaihanga Road, Otaihanga construction yard and associated construction works within this area. This does not include the Mazengarb Road Bridge, nor the Waikanae River Bridge and associated works which are in the SSMP areas to the north and south.

SSMP 007 - Waikanae River

This SSMP relates predominantly to the Waikanae River Bridge and associated Expressway construction works, including the Waikanae River, flood plains, Muaupoko Stream, interface with El Rancho, bridge construction yards and storage areas etc.

This SSMP covers the area of the Expressway from the north side of the Waikanae River up to the north side of Te Moana Road. It includes the Te Moana interchange, and the on and off ramps, which bridge the Waimeha Stream.

This SSMP provides details around the Ngarara Road Bridge.

Sectors 540 & 580: Ngarara Road to Smithfield Road

This SSMP covers the area of the Expressway from north of Ngarara Road, to north of Smithfield Road/ This includes includes the new Nga Manu access road and bridge, and the Smithfield Link Road and bridge, as well as the large ecological mitigation area near Nga Manu Nature Reserve.
