The New Zealand Upgrade Programme is all about providing more transport choices. While it is being delivered, it is also stimulating the economy and supporting jobs.
Construction has now started on 13 projects across the country, including the Papakura to Drury South project which Minister of Transport Michael Wood helped kick off.
