While a lot of the work to date hasn’t been that visible to the public, contractors Fulton Hogan and HEB Joint Venture have been flat out moving about 50,000m³ of dirt for earthworks, clearing vegetation, undertaking archaeology investigations and service relocations - as well as significant environmental work.
