The plans for the roundabout at the busy and high-risk SH1/SH29 junction, replacing the existing T-intersection, went through the Environment Court on 5-8 September 2022.
The decision was received on 29 March with some conditions. Subsequently the Court has accepted the amended conditions we lodged on 5 April 2023, and has granted the applications for resource consent and notice of requirement to alter designations for activities associated with the SH1/SH29 Intersection Upgrade Project, subject to conditions.
