New Beaumont Bridge drone footage – June 2023
Work on the new Beaumont Bridge is continuing with drone footage showing progress made so far. The footage follows the final concrete pour earlier this year and shows the old single-lane bridge, built in 1887, that will be used by pedestrians and cyclists.
New Beaumont Bridge drone footage – March 2023
The drone footage shows the successful placement of 36 steel beams, including the installation of bridge pile foundations, the four main concrete piers and abutments, and the steel girders. The new two-lane Beaumont Bridge project is on track for completion by the end of this year.
