Special purpose roads maintenance programmes and low cost, low risk improvementsIn October 2014, the Waka Kotahi Board agreed that the FAR for special purpose roads should remain at current levels for the 2015-18 NLTP, to allow Waka Kotahi and approved organisations to engage and develop individual plans to transition special purpose roads to normal FARs by 2023/24. The following other FARs will apply for each approved organisation at the start of the 2018-21 NLTP. Waka Kotahi and affected approved organisations will engage during the 2018-21 NLTP to agree and implement transition plans on a case by case basis. The FARs for each approved organisation from that point will reflect the transition plan. |
