The NZ Transport Agency advises State Highway 1 south of Cambridge will be closed from 10am–12 noon tomorrow 28 June for a serious crash investigation.
We ask motorists to delay their journey or use the detour from either direction into Cambridge along Maungatautari Road.
Heavy and over-dimension vehicles will be parked up during this time at the detour start points and should delay travelling through the area or take SH27.
