Important information for drivers.

Lower North Island

  • On the Kāpiti Coast, tree felling and culvert repairs will be carried out on Old State Highway 1 near Te Horo

Top of the South Island

  • Drivers heading through Motueka on State Highway 60/High Street can expect to see road closures from 16-27 June as the Tasman District Council carries out stormwater upgrades. Local road detours will be available. The northbound traffic detour is via King Edward Street, Queen Victoria Street, and along Whakarewa Street. Southbound traffic detour via Tudor Street to Thorp Street and along Old Wharf Road.
