The NZ Transport Agency advises motorists that the Wellesley Street /Port exits [Exit 429] on the Southern Motorway [SH1] will be closed on Saturday, 6 March, from 7am to 11am.
The NZ Transport Agency advises motorists that the Wellesley Street /Port exits [Exit 429] on the Southern Motorway [SH1] will be closed on Saturday, 6 March, from 7am to 11am.
The closure will allow Auckland City Council maintenance teams to inspect the Grafton Bridge over the exit lanes.
Traffic will be diverted off the Southern Motorway at Symonds Street, and the NZTA ask that motorist follow the sign-posted detour route.
These works are essential to ensure the safety of all motorway users.
