The NZ Transport Agency advises drivers that the Southbound on-ramp at Nikau Rd to State Highway 1 on the Bombay Hills will be closed tonight, 6 November for necessary guard-rail repair work.
To minimise disruption to drivers, the Transport Agency will make the repairs between 8pm and 5am when traffic is at its lightest.
There will be detours in place via the Beaver Rd on-ramp, and drivers are asked to follow the signposted routes.
The Transport Agency thanks drivers for their patience and apologises for any inconvenience while this important safety work is carried out.
