Waka Kotahi may supply your information, including your driver licence photo, to other government agencies under s200 Land Transport Act 1998 for the purposes of identity verification and law enforcement.
The Electoral Commission has access to your personal information to identify people qualified to vote but unenrolled, and to update addresses of those already on the roll. We also match information with Births, Deaths and Marriages for accuracy.
