The Peka Peka to Ōtaki project is a massive piece of work with huge community interest, which is why we’re so proud of the work by Ōtaki College students to keep people informed. Since the beginning of the Peka Peka to Ōtaki project in 2017, the media students at Ōtaki College have been producing high-quality videos with construction updates for the project. This dedicated group of young people do an amazing job creating content about this project and its benefits for the community, and through their work they get to experience being part of a major construction project and gain valuable skills.
