Use this form to apply for an exemption if your light diesel vehicle is used exclusively or almost exclusively off-road, and does not travel more than 10 kilometres from the boundary of the nominated address.

Use this form if you have an exemption from road user charges (RUC) for a light diesel vehicle issued under Section 40 of the RUC Act 2012, and your details have changed (for example, the address where the vehicle is normally kept has changed, or a new operator will now be operating the vehicle).

Use this form if you've had to replace a faulty odometer in your light diesel vehicle, or in your heavy diesel vehicle that has had permission to buy RUC off the odometer.
