You will need to send the completed pack to Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, along with a bank deposit slip.

If you have been approved by Waka Kotahi, then your organisation administrator will be sent an invitation to log in to the access portal to access Motochek online. The administrator can send invitations to any members of your organisation that need to use Motochek.

An identity and access management (IAM) component is used to ensure that only people with the appropriate level of access can use Motochek. This will require Motochek subscribers to log on using the RealMe login service.
The RealMe login service is an all-of-government shared service and means that you need only one user ID and password to access a range of online services provided by various government agencies. The RealMe login service provides ongoing confirmation of identity as part of the RealMe suite of services and enables the government agency you are interacting with to have confidence that they are dealing with the right person.
