From the immediate query or overnight query (screen format) screen there is space to query information on up to six vehicles.
Note: Results filename field is only required for overnight screen and data format queries.
Query option is mandatory and must be selected before the query is submitted for processing. Query options available in the list are dependent on your access level.
Plate number or VIN is mandatory and can be entered in lowercase or uppercase. Field is not case sensitive.
The 'Registered person as at date' query will display an additional field to enter the as at date. Date format must be ddmmccyy.
The 'Confirm current registered person' query will display additional fields to enter Identity details to query on when requesting confirmation of registered person details entered.
On submission, immediate screen queries will be processed straight away and query results are displayed on screen.
Overnight screen queries will be processed overnight and can be retrieved from your files menu the following day.
