From the overnight query files page you have access to all overnight pending and processed screen and data format query results. If there are no current files in one of the sections, the box for that section will not be displayed.
The 'Pending queries' section contains a list all overnight screen and data format queries submitted today. These query files are placed in a low priority queue to be processed by the LANDATA database overnight. A pending query can be deleted by selecting the delete button. This will stop the query from being processed overnight and remove the file name from the list of pending queries. Once deleted, the file cannot be restored. No charge is made for queries that do not get processed.
The 'Data format' queries section contains all processed overnight data format query results. By selecting the download button the user will be given the option to open and view the contents in Notepad or save the file directly to their PC or network drive.
The 'Screen format' queries section contains a list of processed overnight screen format query results. Query results can be viewed on screen by selecting the view button on any processed file. View the sample page for an example of on screen query results.
Where an entire file is rejected during the overnight batch process these files will be displayed in the list with a status of 'rejected'.
Query results are made available in either of the data or screen format sections the next day. Input and result files will be retained for seven calendar days, after which they will be deleted automatically.
