Improving our road infrastructure, as well as setting and enforcing safe and appropriate speed limits, are important parts of creating a safe system that reduces people being killed or seriously injured on our roads.
NZTA and local authorities are making our roads safer through installing safety infrastructure such as wide centrelines, median barriers and roundabouts.
