Ask for your safety camera infringement history

Use this form to request a safety camera infringement history under the Privacy Act 2020. 

This only covers safety camera infringements issued by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) that have already been paid.

You can only request an infringement history for:

• yourself, or
• someone who's given you specific authority to act on their behalf.
  Approve someone to act for you

Requesting personal information without authority is an offence under section 212 of the Privacy Act 2020 and could result in a conviction or fine.

Have your driver licence handy

You'll need to provide your New Zealand driver licence number to complete this request online. If you don't have it, please call us on 0800 589 589.

Information we can provide

We can only provide information on paid safety camera infringement notices we've issued. We cannot provide information for infringements issued by other organisations such as NZ Police.
