Colour

As described in general, an RCA may provide a surface treatment within the special vehicle lane that provides a contrasting colour or texture to that of the adjacent lanes used by of vehicles along the length of the lane or at discrete locations along the lane in order to discourage the use of the special vehicle lane by other vehicles. If an RCA decides to use coloured surfacing, this should be green.
