NZ Transport Agency Planning and Investment Knowledge Base
The Planning and Investment Knowledge Base sets out the planning and operational policy and processes for developing and implementing the National Land Transport Programme (NLTP), to give effect to the Government Policy Statement (GPS).
The knowledge base will replace the Planning, programming and funding manual (PPFM) and Planning policy manual (PPM) progressively over time.
