The Standards and Guidelines Catalogue contains an extensive resource collection of approved, archived and unapproved (draft, pilot and unapproved) standards. To provide visibility of future changes to the catalogue, and to allow for planning and consultation inputs, NZTA releases an annual forward work programme listing the key standards and guidelines that we are currently working on or plan to begin working on in the next year.

When standards and guidelines that are being developed or revised reach the milestone in their project plan of needing to seek partner and stakeholder feedback, we will also publicly notify a consultation period on the NZTA Public consultation hub page.
