Lifecycle asset management plans (LAMPs) are being developed by the NZ Transport Agency's Highways and Network Operations group.
LAMPs are the detailed explanation of the lifecycle of the maintenance and operations activities described in the State highway activity management plan (SHAMP).
The 2012-15 SHAMP is available here.
There is also the Draft state highway activity management plan (SHAMP) 2015-18. Further information for internal staff is available here(external link) (internal link only).
These plans give information and guidance around asset and pavement management within the Transport Agency. Both plans are in draft format and will be updated and finalised when the final SHAMP is available. There is a programme underway to review and improve these plans in time for SHAMP 2018.
