We have now completed the following inventory asset structures: Surface layer, Pavement layer, Subgrade, Crash Cushion, Poles, Outreach and Barriers.
The output files for these asset classes are available on the AMDS website.
We are allowing a 4-week feedback cycle, to incorporate any updates or changes to attributes values before being prototyped.

The AMDS RCA Data Standard Working Group was recently created to review and validate the standard each cycle. This means we are engaging with the users of the standard and ensuring the standard is fit for purpose for operating environments. Many thanks to the participation from the following sector representatives: Auckland Transport, State Highways RCA, Transport Services, Waka Kotahi Data Management Team, Department of Conservation, RATA, Waikato District Alliance, Masterton District Council, Nelson City Council and Christchurch City Council.
We are continuing to work with transport sector SMEs from Downer, Fulton Hogan, WSP, Higgins and Waka Kotahi to accelerate the development of the standard.
We recently held the AMDS quarterly drop-in sessions to provide an update to the sector on the Data Standard development, Prototype activities and implementation approach. With 70+ participants over the two sessions, many thanks to everyone who attended and the insightful questions.
