The framework describes the design concepts of the Transmission Gully Project. The framework provides a vision for the road in the form of a series of design principles. Subsequent sections of the report identify detailed design issues and explain how these might be resolved in accordance with the design principles. In order to implement the vision, the urban design and landscape framework will be used to inform the preparation of detailed landscape and urban design masterplans for the corridor and site specific environmental management plans.
