This specification sets out the requirements for the supply, cartage and laying of maintenance aggregate for unsealed roads, including preparation of the surface prior to laying. This specification will be withdrawn in 2011 as it has been replaced by HM23 Unsealed pavements. However, if TNZ C14 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it.
