This specification and guidance notes set out the requirements and maintenance standard for the repair of potholes in unsealed roads. This specification will be withdrawn in 2011 as it has been replaced by HM23 Unsealed pavements. However, if TNZ C11 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it.
