The NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi has completed an analysis of anonymised data for the Total Mobility scheme 2019–2024.
The purpose of the analysis is to obtain evidence-based insights and a national picture of user trends and costs.
Insights from the analysis will help inform future funding options to manage increased costs more sustainably, while at the same time maintaining the service as a component of the public transport system.
