Learning supports a wide range of things: capability, performance, talent, engagement, attraction and retention, and the development of technical and power skills. This is important both internally, to support the delivery of our outcomes, and externally, to support our partners and stakeholders in having the best relationship with us and our land transport system.
Our 2021 – 2024 learning strategy seeks to bring together the learning, capability and goals of Waka Kotahi.
