This research was carried out to get a better understanding of non-monetised benefits in transport appraisals and to improve the transport appraisal framework. The research found that Waka Kotahi has a comprehensive list of non-monetised benefits and that steps can be carried out to monetise some of the identified non-monetised benefits.
