This specification describes technical, testing and certification requirements for temperature controlled raised pavement marker heaters to be used for work with NZ Transport Agency P14 Specification for raised pavement markers installation (P14) and roadmarking thermoplastic pre-heaters for certification in compliance with NZTA T12 Specification for long-life pavement marking material applicator testing (T12).
