Our Statement of performance expectations (SPE) sets out the annual milestones we need to achieve in 2015/16 to support the direction in our Statement of intent 2015–19. It includes performance measures and costs for the services we deliver and our investment activities, as well as our forecast financial statements.
As a requirement under the Crown Entities Act 2004, we produce an SPE every year.
