Our statement of performance expectations (SPE) sets out how we will measure the financial and non-financial performance of the activities we deliver and invest in (output classes), and provides forecast financial statements. Our longer-term strategy and the outcomes we are working towards are described in our statement of intent.
As a requirement under the Crown Entities Act 2004, we produce an SPE every year.
