Our Statement of intent (SoI) sets out our strategic direction – where we are heading and why – over the next four years. It includes the long-term goals and medium-term objectives we want to achieve and how we will measure our performance against them. It also includes the priorities we will focus on in the shorter term to reach these goals.
This SoI guides the annual expectations in our Statement of performance expectations 2015/16 and Statement of performance expectations 2016/17.
As a requirement under the Crown Entities Act 2004, we produce an SoI every three years.
