This memorandum of understanding between Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and the New Zealand Historic Places Trust (now called Heritage New Zealand), states our intention to work together to manage their respective businesses in a manner that recognises and respects the statutory duties and objectives of the other party and promotes integrated and cooperative working relationships.
