This specification, HM12 Digouts, replaces specification TNZ C4 Specification for digout repairs in flexible pavements. However, if TNZ C4 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it. Alternatively you could use MR09 Pre-surfacing Repairs if you plan to include all of the following specifications in a single surfacing contract: C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8.
